All our packages are handled and sent through Australian Post. All orders once shipped, will be providedwith a tracking number vie your given email address, allowing you to receive real time updates andlocations of your parcel. All through the convenience of your phone. Here is the expected shipping timesfor each major city in Australia (lf an order is placed after 2:00pm ESAT, expect and additional day of delayas the order would be dispatched the next day).

Please note apparel returns are required to have the tags on. A return wil not be accepted ifthe tag has been removed

Once completed, your return will be processed within 2 business davs, You will be notified yiaemail by the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. After wehave issued the refund, it will take up to 7 business davs to see it reflected in your account
 
International Return and Exchange Policy
International returns and exchanges are required to pay for shipping.Please contact our Customer Service team prior to returning any goods. in some circumstances you willbe givera Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number which must be included with returned items. Any unsolicitedor unauthorised returns may be disposed of.
We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit. We recommend sending returns via arecorded delivery method, fully insured for the full value of goods, ensuring correct postage amount ispaid. You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession.
Returns must be received within 10 working days of contacting our Customer Service team. lf an item isnot returned within this time frame, we may not be able to accept it.Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 5working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched, or credit issued.
